Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Zoundify. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Zoundify in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Zoundify is an interactive music theory learning platform. We offer free and paid ("Pro") tiers. Features and content available under each tier may change over time at our discretion.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Pro Subscription

  • Pro features are available via a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform or its content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Share your account access with others or resell access to the service.
  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content through any input on the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on Zoundify — including lessons, audio, visuals, and the Zoundify name and logo — are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. AI Features & Data

As described in our Privacy Policy, anonymised learning data may be used to improve AI-powered features within the product. By using Zoundify, you consent to this use. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoundify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Zoundify operates.
